iPhone Gun Grip Case Chaos

The new gun grip iPhone case.
New York Senator Chucky Schumer has joined with the NYPD to call on the federal government to ban the new iPhone gun grip case.

Currently, federal law requires novelty guns to have an orange dot at the end of a gun's barrel to identify it as harmless, which the phone case does not have.

First of all, this is not something the federal government should get involved with. The federal government has no power to ban the phone case. Strike one, Senator.

Secondly, it is novelty! In the words of Woody from Toy Story, "You are a toy!" - It's not a real gun.
Strike two, Senator.

Lastly, even if it looks real and someone may think it's real because it's in someone's back pocket, you are allowed to own a gun! Not in New York, because they ignore the Second Amendment. But last time I read the Bill of Rights, it said specifically,

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Strike three, Senator. You're out.

"You are a TOY!"

  1. This is complete and utter bullshit. Leave the people alone.

    1. No need to curse! It will only cause more trouble

  2. I disagree with you here young Vincezo, I think that this should be banned:

    1. Innocent people will be getting hurt because police and other people may things its a real gun, and draw and fire.

    2. What message does this send, guns are cool, no guns aren't cool and can end peoples lives as they know it

    3. Whats the reason to have a gun shaped iphone case, is it really necessary

    1. I agree, this is a great point! You should be the one hosting the radio show!

    2. Why thank you kind sir! It should be the ___________& Vito Show! With the Vito who didn't write this article

    3. That's a great idea! You better give me credit when you become famous. It was my suggestion

    4. Of course, I never forget about my anonymous friends who I meet on Vito and Vito Show articles

    5. Maybe we will, and we'll host it Thursday's at 8
